Disney came ready to keep us entertained at last night’s D23 Entertainment Showcase!

The evening was packed with first looks, casting news and updates from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm and Disney+.

A few of the biggest announcements:

🐾 The first teaser for The Bluey Movie debuted! The CG-animated adventure arrives in theaters August 6, 2027.

💀 Avengers: Doomsday received a new special look, bringing heroes from three different universes together against Doctor Doom. It hits theaters December 18, 2026, and I am READY.

❌ Marvel revealed the cast of its new X-Men film, including Sadie Sink as Jean Grey, Kit Connor as Cyclops and Adam Driver joining the MCU as Nathaniel Milbury. The film arrives May 5, 2028.

🌼 Coco 2 will follow a teenage Miguel on a life-changing return to the Land of the Dead—with Ernesto de la Cruz reemerging! It arrives in November 2029.

Other highlights included first looks and updates for Incredibles 3, Frozen 3, Zootopia 3, Lilo & Stitch 2, the live-action Tangled, Ice Age: Boiling Point, Ahsoka Season 2, Star Wars: Starfighter, VisionQuest and a new Kingdom Hearts anime series.

There was SO much announced, but The Bluey Movie, Avengers: Doomsday, Adam Driver joining the MCU and Coco 2 are easily at the top of my list!

They’re staying at the beautiful Disneyland hotel, which means they’re just steps away from all of the magic, from spooky decor on Main Street to Oogie Boogie vibes, Halloween treats, and unforgettable attractions.

There is something extra special about experiencing Disneyland for the very first time, especially when the resort transforms for Halloween. It’s a favorite time of year to visit!
