It’s hard to beat the way you feel walking up to a pre-civil War cabin in the middle of nowhere with a back drop like this. Soon enough there will be s’mores roasting over a glowing warm fire, blanketed with laughter and memories being made. 😊

Another fantastic review in our guest book! Would you look at this gorgeous hand writing!?
Anyways, We haven’t mentioned much about our new standing seam roof and black gutters but we LOVE THE LOOK! While we will miss the look of the old slate roof it had some issues. We simply weren’t willing to allow water damage inside of our beloved pre-civil war cabin!
