A year ago today, my husband and I were on an Alaskan cruise. We spent a spectacular day in Ketchikan!
I'm going to be really candid, prior to visiting Alaska, I wasn't fully invested. I felt like I should go, the pictures were pretty and my husband really wanted to go. I'm cold natured and just figured I would freeze 🙃 Boy, was I in for the surprise of my life! Alaska stole my heart and I absolutely cannot wait to go back!
Ketchikan was an absolutely beautiful port! We explored the town and then did an ATV adventure which was so much fun!

I've noticed more travelers are asking about traveling solo. Cruise lines and suppliers are taking notice and literally building ships, itineraries, tours and shore excursions for these travelers.
