With commitment to the technique, you get results exactly where you want them. Barre is for anyone and everyone looking to shed pounds, tone up, stretch out, and de-stress, no matter the client. To get maximum results and to stay safe, barre classes are taught with an emphasis on form. From the foundation up, a client works at her/or his own maximum in order to achieve both mental and physical benefits from the first class! No dance experience required, remember barre is not a dance class.

Our { 3 - 2- 8 } Summer Sculpt Method is BACK!!

Instead of sticking to one type of movement, the 3-2-8 fitness method is all about working out in a variety of ways in order to optimize your results.

The goal is to do three low impact barre training workouts per week and two strength workouts per week, all while aiming for 8,000 steps a day.

Low Impact classes offered:

➪Aerial
➪Pilates

Strength Training Classes:
➪Lifted
➪Bounce
➪Barre HIIT

8K Steps:
➪Walk Outsude
➪Treadmill
➪Spin 8 miles
