Our { 3 - 2- 8 } Summer Sculpt Method is BACK!!
Instead of sticking to one type of movement, the 3-2-8 fitness method is all about working out in a variety of ways in order to optimize your results.
The goal is to do three low impact barre training workouts per week and two strength workouts per week, all while aiming for 8,000 steps a day.
