The Celebrity Apex has some incredible Northern Europe itineraries ranging from 7-night to 14-night cruises. Now is the perfect time to start thinking about 2027 cruises, and they even have options left for this summer. For the first time ever, U.S. News & World Report released a list of the Best River Cruise Lines, and AmaWaterways tops that list. Our Christmas Markets on the Rhine river cruise was one of the best vacations we have ever taken. We loved the food and excursions on the AmaPrima, and are booked on a Paris and Normandy river cruise with AmaWaterways for next April. What is the bougiest hotel you have ever stayed at? For us, it is The Ritz-Carlton in Budapest, Hungary. The rooms were huge, and beautifully decorated. We had three rooms for our travel party and they were all a little different. Budapest is an incredible city, and it is so easy to eat gluten free there. I can’t wait to go back in October for my Lower Danube Celiac Cruise.

One month from today, I arrive in London for a short stay before my husband and I fly to Bergen to embark on a 2 week Viking Homelands cruise with Viking Ocean for our 25th anniversary. I have taken over 40 cruises, but this will be my first ocean cruise with a luxury cruise line. My second will be in 2028 with Oceania for a 12-night British Isles Celiac Cruise. I also hope to try Explora Journeys in the next year or two, because I have heard they do a great job with gluten free dining.

I have been in Miami for less than 72 hours, and have been to TAP twice. It is one of my favorite 100% gluten free options in Miami. Their Monster Bowl is hands down the best açaí bowl I have ever had, and we love their sandwiches too. We will definitely be back before I take the Brightline to Orlando this week.
