We had a lot of things going on March 22nd but we are happy to announce that we received a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission for the Historic Delburg Cotton Mill House Restoration and Addition. It is important that this house be saved since it is the only one of this type known to still exist.
