OK Balloon Friends! Here is a sample of our new Hot Air Balloon Ride Booking Calendars
This is the ultimate booking system for balloon rides. Everything we have encountered in nearly 40 years of doing balloon rides has been incorporated into this system!
We ask, if you are in the balloon ride business, please let us set one up for you! Here are just some of the features we have built into it.
• Inventory limits built in: Never over book!
• Weather out rebooking: Passengers choose their own day to try again
• Gift Certificate scheduling: A Gift certificate holder can schedule using their certificate number.
• Complete pre-flight “Passenger Confirmation Email”: With all the details about the flight, Where to meet, what to wear, how to check weather and even a link to the Digital Online Waiver
• Weather Check in Reminder Email: Sent to the passenger 48 hours before flight time reminding them to check in for the “Go/NO Go” decision.
• Thank you email: Sent to the passengers 48 hours after the flight.
• Choice of shared or private flights: Two calendars where passengers can choose what type of flight they wish to fly.
• AM and PM Flight calendars: For those who offer both.
• Calendar syncing: The calendars talk to each other! When one is full it not only blocks more bookings but it also blocks the corresponding calendar.
• Can be configured to take Deposits or 100% upfront!
• Special Notes: Customers can add a note about their special occasion such as Birthday, Proposal, Anniversary.
Built into your site! No third party service. This calendar is part of your site.
CHECK IT OUT HERE.. https://bearcreekballoons.com/book-a-flight/
HONESTLY TRY IT! NO COST OR OBLIGATION.. When you are using the form, when you get to the section where it asks “Is this your first time with us?” check the box, “No we are rescheduling” This will open a box where you can type in “TEST-IT”. This will remove the deposit requirement and allow you to click “Book my flight” and P**F you have just made a reservation for a flight! You will receive the “Passenger Confirmation Email” in the email box you have provided. EASY SAFE FAST & completely automated for YOU!
This is a limited time test. We are still building this site and it will close in 48 hours. Try it out now while it is open and consider letting us build a site for you!
Fly well, Have FUN & BE SAFE
Jeff
