There’s something everyone should know about rates right now.
There are homes currently on market where you can take over the seller's existing mortgage at the original rate. If that seller bought in 2020 or 2021, that rate could be somewhere around 3%.
Not every loan qualifies and not every seller has one. But they're out there, and the numbers are worth understanding.
