Looking for a get away that's within driving distance of Central Wisconsin? Check out the Traverse City, Michigan area. This beautiful city, located on the Grand Traverse Bay is the perfect vacation location in the summer and fall. With gorgeous views of the water, boutique shopping, wineries, breweries, hiking and many water activities, this is a great location for both adults and families alike! There are so many small towns in this area that make great day trips to explore and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is incredible. Our family has spent close to 40 years coming to a small town near Traverse City and have loved our time here!

JUST BOOKED💃💃
I can't wait for these friends to experience the incredible Greek Island Glow itinerary on Virign Voyages. This itinerary is to die for and is on my future bucket list! One of the best things about the itinerary is that they will have an overnight stay in Mykonos so they have 2 days to explore the city and experience the nightlife. What a great way to experience all of these different locations and only need to unpack once! ⚓🚢❤️

Star Princess Alaska - July 26-August 2, 2026
I've had a lot of questions about my next group cruise, so I thought I'd put some of the info below in case you are considering this trip. If you are at all interested I would recommend booking with the refundable deposit as soon as possible as availability will get less as the trip gets closer.
1. How much is the deposit? $198 per room and fully refundable up until April 27, 2026
2. When would I need to pay the full amount? April 27, 2026
3. What is the itinerary? Please see the map and detailed daily view pictured below
4. Do I have to do the Princess Plus package? No, you can do a base cruise fare - contact me for pricing
5. Which ship is this? Star Princess is brand new ship with Princess Cruise Line that will start sailing this fall
6. Is this ship family friendly? YES! There will be special areas and activities for kids on the ship
7. Does the cost include airfare? No, we will begin pricing airfare to Seattle later this summer when it becomes available
8. Can I add on a stay in Seattle before or after the trip? Absolutely and I can assist with those arrangements in you'd like
9. How do I book this trip with you? You can email me your names and birthdates as they appear on passports or IDs and I'll put the room on hold for you. You then have 3 days to make the $198 deposit

Last day, best day! We had all been waiting for our day on Bimini Beach and it was all we had hoped for! Absolutely perfect weather, perfect beach and perfect water. Some of our group did excursions, others splurged by getting private cabanas and others enjoyed pool time. Such an amazing way to end our cruise, but it's time to get back to reality :( So thankful and blessed for the wonderful people who sailed with us this week!

Yesterday was the chillest of chill sea days (as evidenced by the lovely pic that my husband snuck of me). I think after the excitement and fun of Grand Turk everyone just needed a day to relax and take in the activities on the ship. A highlight of the night was our group dinner where we were all seated near each other and could spend time talking, visiting, sharing stories and laughing while enjoying the incredible food at Pink Agave. The authentic Mexican food may have been my favorite restaurant so far which is evidenced by the fact that I forgot to take any pictures of it 😆 Today we are headed off the ship to Bimini Beach Club and I can't wait!

There is so much to say about yesterday because WOW what a fun day! Our port was Grand Turk and this was a change from our original itinerary AND the change happened about 48 hours before we set sail 😮 It was a surprise to all of us and everyone scrambled to find new excursions, but Grant Turk did not disappoint and I'd go back to this port in a heartbeat. There was so much for everyone to do and our group kept busy snorkeling, riding a semi-submarine, checking out the beach with a private cabana, visiting the shops, and taking a 4 wheeler tour of the island. Part of the group also stayed on the ship and enjoyed the quieter ship and pool area. You need to check out the pictures below because the water is so, so beautiful.
Then came 💃Scarlet Night💃 where everyone wears red and ends the night with a dance party at (and in!) the pool. We ended our evening with our own gathering on our connected balconies laughing, telling stories, eating pizza, watching falling stars and just simply enjoying our time together. I can't tell how good this is for the soul and I'm blessed to be sailing with such amazing people😊

Yesterday was all about the ship as we had a day sailing at sea. Much fun was had relaxing in the sun, playing trivia, playing Bingo and watching a musical show called Legends in the evening. There are so many different things to do on the ship and it was great to hear about what everyone chose to do. Sorry this is so short, but we are off to explore Grand Turk!

Our cruise is off to a great start! We were transported to the cruise port in style and enjoyed the sail away party and an amazing dinner at Test Kitchen. Some of us enjoyed small group karaoke, others went to the shows, we spent time relaxing on the balcony and today we are ready for a day at sea! Looking forward to spending time on the pool deck, enjoying some great food and watching the ocean go by ⚓🌊🚢
