Did you hear about the new changes to Disney buses and ferry’s out of the Disney Springs area? It started yesterday June 28. Out of Disney Springs only you can not get on a bus or ferry without a Disney resort reservation or a reservation for dining or a resort activity booked. Disney Springs is free parking. This will eliminate people using the free parking to get to a resort and then to the theme parks and clogging up transportation for those guests who have paid to be on property. In essence it’s giving the perk back to property staying guests! There has been much talk about this these last couple days/week. To me, it should be done! Allow those who pay to stay on property the free transportation! That is a perk you receive. Want to plan your next on property trip? Yes, the rumors are true! Sadly, the Grand Floridian will not be bringing back the life size gingerbread house. There are also some other changes happening making it even more advantageous to stay on Disney property! New holiday time discounts are out!
