Woosterfest takes over downtown Wooster this Friday & Saturday, Oct. 2–3, 2026 and this year we're celebrating the 10th Annual Wiener Dog Race!

Picture it: dozens of determined dachshunds, stubby legs flying, ears flapping, crowds cheering them down the track. Some sprint straight to the finish. Some stop to say hi to the crowd. Every single one is a winner in our book. Line up early along the fence, because this is THE can't-miss moment of the weekend!

The 60th Annual Wayne County Farm Tour is coming! 🚜

This year it's also part of Ohio's America 250 celebration, honoring six decades of opening barn doors to our neighbors.

🥛 Rupp-Dale Dairy Farm, Seville: Watch cows ride the brand-new 40-stall ROTARY milking parlor (milking 2–5 p.m.), then grab a 4-H milkshake!

🦙 Brook Skylar Farm, Orrville: Alpacas, wagon rides through the evergreens, and ice cream from a 1942 John Deere-powered ice cream maker!

🍁 Elm Run Farms, Orrville: Five generations since 1893! See the maple sugarhouse and take a hay wagon tour. (Saturday only)

💜 Lavender Trails, Orrville: A lavender farm on a former brownfield! Bunnies, a scavenger hunt, and U-cut fall flowers.

🌼 Varner Farms, Marshallville: 1,400 hand-potted mums, a straw bale maze, a grain pit, c***r-making, and garlic-planting workshops.
