Dispite the weather, the balloons (Candlestick Glow) Meet & Greet and fireworks were STILL a great success!!!

The Hot Air Balloon Glow Display & Fireworks Show are still on for tonight at Founders Festival! 🎈✨🎆

We’ll continue monitoring conditions closely and will share any updates or changes on our social media pages as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and we can’t wait to see everyone tonight at Founders Park!

Had a great time even though Mother Nature had other plans. Thanks to Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County for such a great time at the Founders Fedtival. You have such a beautiful park and open space for hot air balloons! We hope to be invited back next year. We’ll try and bring better weather.

Sun. 10/26/25 Sunrise flight: local family bought their mom her birthday flight and got to share it with her. Might even see Karen at Happy Glaze Ceramics. Love to have them join us.

Sat. 10/25/25 Sunset flight: our second Mennonite couples of the day! This time celebrating their 15 wedding anniversary.
Look closely as we got to fly in the Penn Supply stone quarry. See the top of the balloon slowly rise up from the earth. 3 time down int this quarry. LOVE IT!!!

Sat. 10/25/25 Sunrise flight. We had a Mennonite couple and their friends in from Ohio, celebrating their 56 Wedding Anniversary!! CONGRATULATIONS!!
