Another school year began on August 13. We said goodbye to Chef Guynes and hello to Chef Radost. And we said welcome back to 50 culinarians busily training to serve you through our bake shop and café this year. Send them all your good vibes as they prepare for ServSafe Manager certification exams and station training.

We'll announce our opening here when we're ready. And look out for a 10 year anniversary revamp of our logo and the menu you've grown to love.

We can't wait to serve you!

⏰Time's almost up! This week will be our last week of restaurant service at The 544 Cafe at Wylie High School for the 2025/2026 School year! Come see us Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday from 8-9 AM or 11:30-1 PM while you can still catch our employees in action! We'll be back for the 2026/2027 school year beginning in October.

PSA: Due to the 4 day school weekend, The 544 Cafe will be closed Tuesday 4/7/2026. We will reopen on Wednesday, 4/8/2026 @ 8-9 am for Breakfast and 11:30-1 pm for Lunch. We wish you all a restful weekend.

The 544 Cafe will be closed next week for the Thanksgiving Break. We will be open again for our regular service hours beginning December 2nd.
