Passports: A passport is required for this trip. Please note, you will need a “passport book” due to flights. We did get clarification that a passport card is not sufficient for this trip. Your passport will need to be good 6 months post travel dates -through September 1, 2027 to be valid.

🚎Airport Motorcoach Transfers to BNA/Nashville:
We are offering transportation to the airport and back from Tullahoma/Manchester to Nashville Airport. Once we have a headcount we can provide the cost for this optional transportation.

Cancellations: We’re happy to answer any questions about the cancellation policy for this trip. Since this package includes airfare and a resort stay, a portion—or even the full amount—of your deposit or balance may be nonrefundable, depending on when you cancel. This is where travel insurance can be extremely helpful if you need to cancel for a coverable reason.
