😃 When was the last time you felt like a kid again? 🙃 Like, really let go and just played? 💦🛝💦 A Disney Cruise is the perfect place to rediscover that joy, and nothing captures it quite like zipping down a waterslide at sea! All Disney cruise ships have them and they’re phenomenally fun! Not all slides are meant for adults, but many are, like:

💦 AquaDuck (Disney Dream & Fantasy) – Twist, turn, and sail over the ocean in this thrilling tube ride.

💦 AquaDunk (Disney Magic)- Fast-paced body slide not meant for the weak at heart!

Q: Why did the chicken cross the road? A: Duh, to get to the theme park! 🤣🤣🤣 While may never know the REAL answer to that age old question, Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort both have several attractions that will make you LAUGH. Here are some fan faves:

🔋 Monsters Inc Laugh Floor (Magic Kingdom): Imagine a stand up comedy show but in the monster world. You can even submit jokes that may make the show.

❄️ For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration (Hollywood Studios): The Royal Historians of Arendelle are the real stars of this show (try and prove me wrong), but you’ll also sing along with Anna, Elsa, and Olaf!

🦏 Jungle Cruise (Magic Kingdom): If you love corny Dad jokes, this is YOUR ride!

🤡 The Simpsons Ride (Universal Studios): This never-aging family saves the day from Sideshow Bob in a hilarious way. You’ll feel like an unofficial resident of Springfield by the time you are done.

🏎️ Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon (Universal Studios): It’s silly, yes, but you’ll feel like you stepped right into The Tonight Show studio while waiting in line, and then you’ll go all over the city, under the city, into space, and more.

Two of my favs are The Simpsons Ride and Jungle Cruise. I love the silly and sometimes corny jokes. It's nice to have a light hearted joke to chuckle at.

🛑 “But the Universal parks are all 3-D attractions, right?!” This is one of the most common questions/concerns I hear about a trip to Universal Orlando Resort. ✅ Yes, there are many REALLY FUN 3-D rides or hybrid 3-D rides like Escape from Gringotts, The Simpsons Ride, Transformers, The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man, and more-heaven if you love 3-D. 😎 BUT there are also PLENTY of attractions for those who may get motion sickness or just don’t love 3-D. I’ll name a few:

🦄 Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure: MAYBE the best ride in Orlando. It’s thrilling, feels like being in a Harry Potter movie, and features a couple of amazing animatronics.

🏍️ The Entertainment: Shows like The Bourne Stuntacular and the Horror Make-Up Show to entertainers like Celestina Warback and the Blues Brothers will make you forget all about the rides.

🎉 Special Events: During special seasons, there are ticketed events like Halloween Horror Nights, but also lots of free offerings during Mardi Gras. The Christmas season is where the Wizarding World shows off, the Grinch is in rare form, and actual Macy’s floats are featured in the parade.

There are plenty of non 3-D experiences to enjoy. All the character experiences, Dr Seuss area, Citywalk and more! Lots to do if 3-D isn't your thing!

🍀✨🍀✨They say luck is in the air on St. Patrick’s Day, but at Disney Parks and Resorts, that extra bit of magic is what we call pixie dust and it can happen any day! 🤯 Sometimes, it’s a BIG deal—like a resort room upgrade or being chosen for Family of the Day. Other times, it’s a smaller but no less unforgettable moment, like:

A birthday cupcake from a kind Cast Member

A Mickey Ice Cream Bar just because

An impromptu Happy Birthday serenade from a Cast Member that sees your celebration button

A towel animal waiting in your resort room

A wave from Tinker Bell during a parade

✨🤩✨ Pixie Dust isn’t guaranteed and can come when you least expect it, but that’s what makes it so magical.

The first time I visited Disneyworld and was wearing my first time at Disney button a cast member found a table for me and had a wonderful conversation about where I was from and how I was enjoying my first time at the park. It felt special and wonderful.

1️⃣ Rule #1 of cruising: 👋🚢 The ship waits for NO ONE. If a flight delay or travel hiccup makes you late, that’s it. Your vacation sails away without you.😩

👑🌭🏰 For years, Disneyland has been the undisputed corn dog champion—I mean, the Little Red Wagon basically owns National Corn Dog Day. ✋But hold on… there’s a new player in snack town. Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs recently opened at Disney’s BoardWalk and they’re in it to win it with this extensive menu:

👌Hand-dipped, classic perfection

🇲🇽 Mexican Street Corn Dog- jalapeno cheddar sausage, hand dipped and topped with garlic mayo, corn, cheese and cilantro

🥒 Pickle Dog- a hot dog literally wrapped inside a dill pickle, hand dipped and served with peanut butter

🐲Golden Dragon Corn Dog – a crunchy, sweet, and spicy twist with sriracha mayo and sweet Thai chili

🧸🍼🎈It’s National Preschoolers Day, so let’s talk the best Disney park for little ones—and no contest, it’s Disneyland! Period. End of story. OK, I’ll give you a few reasons why:

🏰 Smaller & Easier to Navigate – No miles-long hikes between lands or to buses. Less walking = happier kiddos (and parents!)

🐘 More Classic, Less High-Tech – The rides here? Pure Disney charm. Think Dumbo, Casey Jr., Storybook Land Canal Boats—simple, sweet, and magical.

✨Characters Just… Exist Here – At Disneyland, many characters roam freely, like they actually live there. Seeing Peter Pan chase Captain Hook through Fantasyland? Or Gaston on his way to meet LeFou? That’s next-level magic for a preschooler.

🎠 Rides Made Just for Them – Disneyland has more rides with NO height requirement, so the whole family gets to experience the magic together!

📖 Pro Tip: Prior to your trip, read the “Little Man of Disneyland” Little Golden Book. His tiny house is built into a tree in Adventureland! Your kids’ mind will be blown!

Disneyland is a great sized park for little ones. Smaller crowd sizes and smaller size of the park makes it less overwhelming and stressful for younger kids.

👍 A positive that came from the 😷 Covid changes around the Disney parks were the amazing cavalcades that popped up multiple times a day. 🎶 Hearing the music blast and wondering what favorite friend was on their way led to excitement and lots of magical moments. On the other hand, Disney parades are unlike any other, and so many kiddos have amazing memories of 👋 waving to their Disney “besties”. So what’s the difference between the current parade and cavalcades? Let me explain...

👑 Festival of Fantasy Parade: A lengthy daily afternoon parade at Magic Kingdom full of favorite Disney pals. Extravagant floats and a variety of characters walking the route and interacting with the crowd.

🪇 Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade: Featuring Bruno and Miguel, you’ll love seeing the heroes of some more recent Disney films and rare classic characters. These are simpler floats, have fewer walking characters, and are usually once per day.

☔️ Rainy Day Cavalcade: When the full Festival of Fantasy parade gets cancelled due to rain, Disney does all they can to throw on some ponchos and still give us a small taste of the magic.

I get so excited for the full parade. Who doesn't love all those great floats and magical Disney characters you love!
