Before You Travel:
📲 Download the Mobile Passport Control (MPC) app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
🛂 Set up your profile with your passport information before your trip.

When You Return to the U.S.:
✔️ Connect to Wi-Fi or cellular service
✔️ Select your arrival airport or seaport
✔️ Complete your customs declaration
✔️ Receive your QR code
✔️ Follow the signs for Mobile Passport Control to speed up the customs process (where available).

🚢 Cruise Travelers: Set up the app before you board while you have reliable internet access. Don't forget—you'll still need your physical passport.

✈️ Did You Know? TSA Cares Is Here to Help. 💙

Traveling can be stressful—especially if you or someone you're traveling with has a disability, medical condition, or needs extra assistance at the airport.

That's where TSA Cares comes in!

This FREE program from the Transportation Security Administration provides additional support through the airport security screening process for travelers who may need a little extra help.

TSA Cares may be helpful for travelers with:
🦽 Disabilities or limited mobility
🩺 Medical conditions or medical devices
🧓 Seniors who need extra assistance
🧩 Developmental or cognitive disabilities
👨‍👩‍👧 Children with special needs
🤰 Other circumstances requiring additional support

How It Works:
✅ Contact TSA Cares at least 72 hours before your flight (they will try to accommodate later requests when possible).
✅ A Passenger Support Specialist can often be available to assist you through the security screening process.
✅ You'll receive guidance on what to expect and how to prepare for your trip.
