Happy birthday to our agent Samantha! She has been so busy taking care of clients she hasn’t gotten to post for a few days on her favorite places that she has traveled to. In honor of her birthday she is sharing her absolute favorite place to travel to!
“Yellowstone National Park is my favorite place to travel to! I fell in love with the park the first time my family visited 26 years ago! Then 17 years ago I got to go work in Yellowstone, see the park from a different point of view, and met my husband there! Then 2 years ago we took our daughter to show her where her parents met!
Here are just a few reasons I love Yellowstone National Park!
1. With the park spanning over 2 million acres there is so much of the park I have yet to explore!
2. The park is a unique mix of beautiful scenery, geothermal features, and amazing wildlife viewing.
3. Few other places in the world offer the opportunity to see a grizzly bear, bison, elk, moose, and wolves in the wild in one place and over my visits I have been fortunate enough to see them all!
4. Have you ever seen mud bubble, a mountain side roar while steam billows out of it, or a body of water that looks like a prism thanks to the microbes growing in the steaming hot water? Well I have and it might be a little stinky but it is also super cool!
5. Yellowstone is the first national park not only for the United States but the world! Now nearly 100 countries have national parks.”
