Here at we have some new roasts!!! We start with green coffee beans and roast them meticulously by hand over a fire.

Brazilian Oberon is a 100% cerrado with amazing chocolate notes, a rich cream flavor, and a slightly caramel finish. It is a medium-light roast and absolutely delicious!

Fer-de-Lance is an espresso bean and when brewed as espresso has a rich crema! This is a medium-dark roast and has a rich nutty flavor.

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is smooth with floral and citrus notes, in a medium roast.

What a crazy 2 years, but good crazy! My husband Bora and I welcomed our miracle daughter, Ela to the world on Yorktown Day!!! 10/19/2021! Exactly the 240th anniversary of the surrender at Yorktown!

I'm now back by appointment only!!! After a high-risk pregnancy and a C section, I am able to do tours once again! However, I will only be doing them by appointment! So DM me, email [email protected], or call 706-502-5664 today to schedule your tour!!! The cost for now will be a flat $12 for all guests 5 and up! Ask about group rates as well!
