We finally got the new engine running. It’s been a long time in the making. Now to finish up a few projects and we should be south bound in about about a month. The crew are really looking forward to sailing to the Dry Tortugas and FL keys. Welcome Kraken!

Bottom paint is almost done. Hope to have her back in the water by the end of the month and moved up to Atlantic City.

We visited the battlegrounds yesterday and the Moore house. I think John and I have leaned more history this week then we did all of our years in school.

We made it to Yorktown! 420 nautical miles 3 days 2 hours. We sailing about 2/3rd of the way, lost the wind somewhere in North Carolina. Also went through a hell of a thunderstorm off the shore of Kitty Hawk, NC.

All is well! Life is good! Time to go exploring.
