MEET ME MONDAY
🌴 Grand Moon Palace Punta Cana edition

After spending the week here, eating my way through as many restaurants as possible and exploring this HUGE new resort, I’ve definitely picked some favorites. So here we go…

🍽️ Favorite restaurant: Nikos Greek. Seriously…SO good.

🍹 Favorite place for a drink: This one is a tie between the Lobby Bar and Leagues Sports Bar.

🏊🏼‍♀️ Favorite pool: The adults-only pool at Unique Beach Club. Because sometimes Mom just needs a pool without listening to someone yell “WATCH THIS!” every 30 seconds. 😉

🍴 Favorite bite: The chicken empanadas from Madremia and the tzatziki from Nikos.

🍸 Favorite cocktail: Ítaca, vodka, cucumber, lemon and tonic water from Nikos

🎶 Favorite entertainment: The 80’s band at the Lobby Bar. Definitely one of those “I’ll just stop for a little bit” situations that turns into staying way longer than planned.

💆🏼‍♀️ Favorite place to relax: The infinity pool overlooking the resort. Pretty hard to complain about that view.

👧🏼 Best kid feature: The Kids Club Castle surrounded by the lazy river. The kids are going to LOVE this place.

✨ What makes Grand Moon Palace different: The layout. This resort is BIG, but it doesn’t feel confusing. And if you’ve ever stayed at a huge all-inclusive where you need a map and a compass to find your room…you know what I mean.

💰 Something I think people might overlook: The arcade! No tokens, no coins, no constantly asking for more money. Just walk in and play. Kids will love it…and I’m not saying adults might disappear in there too. 😂

❤️ What I’d tell a family thinking about booking: There is truly something for everyone here. Families, couples, adults who want some quiet time…there are so many options.

🏨 Something I LOVE about the rooms: That makeup vanity in the bathroom. Ladies, you know. 👏🏼 And the rooms are HUGE. Plus, the soaking tub is out on the balcony instead of taking up space inside the room. I’m a big fan of that.

🏆 My biggest takeaway: This place is still a work in progress, and that’s actually what makes it so exciting. There is SO much more coming.

And honestly? I think once everything is finished and people really start discovering Grand Moon Palace Punta Cana, the price is probably going to reflect just how much this resort has to offer.

So if you’ve been thinking about it…I wouldn’t wait too long to get your 2027 trip on the books. 🌴

One week here and I still haven’t managed to try everything. Apparently I need to come back. You know…for research. 😉

Last night’s dinner was at Tavola, the Italian restaurant at the new Grand Moon Palace Punta Cana, and everything was delicious! 🇮🇹🍝

There are SO many dining options here, and we’re still on a mission to try as many of them as we can. Since this is a brand-new resort, there are even some restaurants that aren’t open yet.

It’s hard to believe this place will have even more to offer once all of the construction is finished. This resort is HUGE, and I’m already impressed with everything there is to see, eat and experience!

Still exploring… and definitely not complaining about the research.

Yesterday was all about the pools, the lazy river and the beach! 🌴☀️

Yes… there are 9 pools, so naturally we had to do some serious pool-hopping research. We also spent some time floating our way around the lazy river and made it over to the beach for a little more relaxation.

Still exploring, still eating, still drinking, and still trying to see everything this HUGE resort has to offer!

Grand Moon Palace Punta Cana… you’re making it really hard to leave.

Two dinners. Two restaurants. Two HUGE wins! 👏

We’re currently at the brand-new Grand Moon Palace Punta Cana, and we have officially made it our mission to try ALL of the restaurants that are currently open. You know…research.

Last night we started at Momo Teppan for hibachi, and WOW. The food was out of this world, the experience was so much fun, and the entertainment was definitely part of the meal.

Then we headed to Agra Authentic Indian Cuisine, where our group was served family-style so we could try some of their most popular dishes. Everything was absolutely delicious!

Both were an easy 10/10 in my book. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

And this is exactly why I love what I do. I don’t just want to send my clients to a resort because it looks good online. I want to experience these places, try the restaurants, check out the rooms, see what works (and what doesn’t), and come home with firsthand information to help my clients choose the right vacation for THEM.

So yes…if I have to eat my way through a brand-new all-inclusive resort in the name of research, I’m willing to make that sacrifice. 😂
