This is a clock kit that my dad did an excellent job of building in 1978. I cleaned and bushed the movement in 1994 and just cleaned and bushed it again. Hopefully it will be handed down to his grandkids and beyond.

This is a one of a kind hand made Grandfather Clock, not a kit. It was made over forty years ago. Someone else worked on the movement and screwed it up. Had to polish all wheel pinions. Replace most of the bushings that were just put in. The bushing for the first wheel in the time train on the front plate wasn't located properly, which required installing an oversized bushing and installing the correct bushing inside the oversized bushing to correct the problem. There was also several adjustments that had to be done that were not done on the original repair. I then put the movement on test for several weeks to make sure that everything was satisfactory and reinstalled the movement. This clock should give many years of trouble free service.

This Cuckoo Clock looks brand new. It was purchased in Germany over 10 years ago. It only ran for a short time before the owner gave up on it because it wouldn't keep running. The guy who made this must have been having a bad day. The holes in the bottom of the clock were not properly located, the chain for the music box was routed incorrectly and was to short. The lift levers for the bellows weren't adjusted correctly. All this needed to be corrected as well as cleaning the gummed up oil in the movement and music box from sitting for 10 years.

This was a owner attempted repair. The front winding arbor support was drilled over sized and a steel collar was forced into it. The rear winding arbor pivot in the front movement plate was drilled out over three times its original size. I had to solder in over sized bushings.

This is an old electric clock converted to a battery movement.

An other one of a kind hand made shelf clock with an old Urgos movement. Movement has been cleaned and bushed. Everyone who has looked at this clock has shown great interest in it.

Here's another poorly done repair. I don't understand why someone would bush some of the pivots and use a punch to try and close these other pivots. Smashing the pivot closed leaves the opening irregular and it will wear faster because of that.

An exceptional one of a kind clock that this customers family member made the case and movement back in 1877. I cleaned and bushed the movement. Also resecured pallet pins on the verg. Maybe it will still be running in another 130+ years?
