I spent a lovely afternoon exploring Preston Park in Butler County Experience Butler County Pennsylvania [partner]

Preston Park is an English-style garden created by conservationists Frank and Jane Preston, who spent decades transforming the property into a peaceful retreat designed to inspire a love of nature. The estate was donated to Butler Township in 2010 and opened to the public in 2011.

Grab a brochure in the parking area to help you explore over 4 miles of trails that include:

🎣 Ponds for fishing
🌲 Arboretum
🏠 Jane’s Cabin
πŸ₯Ύ Unique bridges
🌱 Meadow
πŸͺ» Gardens
🧺 Picnic areas
✨ And more!
🐢 Dog-friendly trails

This is a wonderful place to spend a day in nature. The Prestons created a unique and beautiful retreat that continues to welcome visitors looking for a peaceful place to walk, explore, and enjoy the outdoors.
