"The Lookout" is just a 3 minute stroll away from Bequiaβs two finest beaches, namely Princess Margaret & Lower Bay.
There are a further two beaches (Friendship & Belmont) that are a 15-minute walk away.
Due to our central location on the leanest part of the island, if it gets too hot on the Caribbean side of the island or you prefer a sunrise to a sunset, then simply pop over the hill and take in the natural air-conditioning from the Atlantic side at Friendship Bay.
The big appeal of all Bequiaβs beaches is that there are blissfully undeveloped, so you wonβt find houses, annoying hawkers, or sprawling 5-star hotels encroaching onto the shoreline.
Just virgin forest fringing the white sands, and a few low-key beach bar/restaurants serving fresh fish & cold beverages.

The Lookout is a spacious, private property offering boutique style accommodation perfect for couples & families. The whole 4-bedroom villa can be rented (comfortably accommodating 8 guests) or the upper & lower decks are self-contained, allowing couples to rent an individual 2- bedroom apartment. This well-appointed villa is surrounded by tropical fruit trees that include bananas, oranges, limes, star fruit, papaya & sugar apple. These beautiful surroundings attract wildlife such as hummingbirds & the islandβs unique βwildβ land turtles. Well-equipped kitchens on each floor provide guests with the convenient option to cook their own meals (or why not let us organise a private chef for you!). We pride ourselves on a personal, genuine & friendly service.
