Anyone who has been to the British Virgin Islands knows about Soggy Dollar Bar. This charming island beach bar is located on White Bay of Jost Van D**e in one of the most picturesque bays the BVI has to offer.

Soggy Dollar Bar is famous for their signature Painkiller cocktails, which you can enjoy with your toes in the powdery white sand and turquoise waters lapping along the shore.

Here are some pics from yet another awesome broker lunch during the BVI Charter Show aboard RUBY ONE, a 2020 Leopard 58 (accommodates 6 guests in 3 Queens), with the amazing Captain Ken and Chef Julie.
Starter - Homemade rosemary focaccia bread with herb oil drizzle
Main - Lump crab cakes salad with local mixed greens, Sunshine Citrus vinaigrette , Creamy avocado lime puree, Chipotle aioli.
Dessert - Lemon posset with a Berry coulis

Lunch on Libra 50 with Captain Conner and Chef Ada at the USVI Charter Yacht Show on St. Thomas was a delicious delight!
The main course was a perfectly cooked Mahi Mahi on a bed of fluffy coconut rice with a refreshing mango salsa followed by a virgin painkiller sorbet ( YUM!) in a bed of pineapple Carpaccio with toasted coconut flakes and shaved nutmeg for desert. The perfect satisfying but light lunch to enjoy while on charter.

SÓL’s design and operations lead the yachting industry in sustainability. Her cutting-edge technologies and systems minimize emissions and waste, while her electric propulsion system runs silently and odor-free with carbon-free electricity whenever possible. SÓL’s large solar panels and (21kW) fuel battery banks provide propulsion and house power needs. Generators are run only briefly, if necessary, to re-charge the large battery system. Energy demand is minimized with a best-in-class high efficiency cooling system as well as eco watermakers. SÓL’s waste management features onboard composting, and shipping and disposal of single-use water bottles is eliminated with onboard watermaking and reusable bottles. The Captain's Cocktail Hour -

One of our favorite special touches on yacht charter is the Captain's Cocktail Hour.

Each evening, our yacht captains mix up drinks for their guests to enjoy from the deck while taking in the sunset over the Caribbean sea. The captains will often theme the night's signature cocktail around the day's location and/or activities. Many guests let us know in their post-charter reviews that this was one of their most looked forward to parts of each day.

Fun fact: All of the captains in the &Beyond Yacht Charters fleet receive annual training in mixology!
