What You’ll Do:
✨ Introduce clients to curated private excursions, including private boat charters and bespoke island experiences
✨ Convert interest into bookings using your network, social media, and word-of-mouth referrals
✨ Present excursion options and pricing with professionalism and style
✨ Coordinate bookings with our operations team
What You’ll Earn:
💰 10% commission on all excursions you personally sell
💰 No income cap — earnings grow with your performance
💰 Excursions range from $850 to $9,000+
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
✅ Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
✅ Network in travel, hospitality, luxury services, or tourism (preferred)
✅ Comfortable in a commission-only role
✅ Knowledge of Caribbean or luxury travel is a plus
