Que Rico is in Newport for Athena. Hopefully heading offshore this weekend. It may be chilly, but there are chocolate chip cookies in the oven!

The long awaited treck south has started. Capt. Paul and crew Phil, Amy and Calvin ,left yesterday from Portland, ME . Not a good weather window to start off shore, so Capt. and crew headed for Gloucester MA. The plan until it changes is to head towards Cape Cod CAnal and find a place to hunker down for weather Wed and Thurs. At the next break they will head to Bermuda! Fair winds( and waves) guys!

We're on the big count down for sailing Que Rico to St Thomas! Got a great crew: Capt Paul, Dave, Amy, Phil and Calvin, and Sheila for the 2nd leg. We still have some final touches and a haul out before we go! I can feel the warmth now. Looking forward to seeing all our friends in St T.
