Our first day on island

Chuck & I finally did it! NO, we didn't get married! That's in JUNE!! Last December we bought an investment rental property in St. Croix USVI. This island is special to us as we have spent many years vacationing here. In September we said goodbye to our sailing season with our boat "Daydream" and headed to St. Croix. We've been busy renovating our ocean view condo to make it our own & transforming this place into a dream get away! We've finally come up for air and are ready to share some photos of the before & after! It's been a wild ride & a lot of hard work!

Thanks to friends & family coming down to the island to help, we've had some awesome tiring, hot long sweating our butts of days, making this place a "chill" get away place to visit! From raising the ceilings, ripping out walls, replacing bathrooms, to pretty much updating every room in the place, I can report we will begin renting at Christmas time.
