Our Villa
As you know, Water Island is a paradise unique to all of the Caribbean: quaint, charming and personal. Villa Terra Nova on Water Island offers superb privacy, heavenly breezes and spectacular views, with a 2-bedroom, 2-bath layout, while providing not one, but two golf carts to use during your stay, as part of your rental rate.

COVID-19 Precautions
The VI government is currently requiring all arriving passengers to bring a recent virus test. More details can be found at www.usviupdate.com. Some mask requirements and beach/restaurant restrictions remain, as shown at www.vi.gov/covid/phases. These requirements will likely be loosened in the coming months. At Villa Terra Nova, our management and cleaning staff are disinfecting all high-touch areas, and we are creating a 3-day gap between rentals for this season. We will also implement a flexible reschedule policy should the government unexpectedly become more restrictive.

Water Island now has a store! It's a cute shipping container building right at the ferry landing, called WI-Mart. Sodas, water, paper towels, canned goods, etc! For the convenience of residents and visitors to the island.

Here's the brand new outdoor kitchen at Villa Terra Nova on Water Island! It sports a propane gas grill and granite countertops with bar chairs for lounging while grilling and socializing on the west porch overlooking the Caribbean sea. Renters: dates still available from March 6 - June 30, 2019!
