Trong những ngày tháng 9 thời tiết Đà Lạt không thuận lợi cho các hoạt động ngoài trời nhưng chúng em đã may mắn được đón những vị khách đặc biệt và có một trải nghiệm đáng nhớ về tour cà phê Organic. Hai vị khách đặc biệt đến từ phương xa, tuy bận rộn với công việc kinh doanh nhưng lại có niềm đam mê đặc biệt với cây cà phê. Họ đã theo chân chúng em cùng trải nghiệm và tiếp xúc trực tiếp với cây trồng và vườn canh tác, trao đổi những kinh nghiệm và kiến thức về cà phê, rang những mẻ hạt mới và thưởng thức bên cạnh những câu chuyện về cuộc sống mà họ mang đến. Những điều đặc biệt đó đã góp phần tạo nên một tour cà phê đầy màu sắc và thú vị ở Midori.

Although the weather in Da Lat during September was not ideal for outdoor activities, we were fortunate enough to welcome some special guests and share a memorable organic coffee tour experience. Hailing from afar, these guests—despite their busy business schedules—harbored a genuine passion for coffee. They joined us to explore the crops and the farm firsthand, exchange insights and knowledge about coffee, roast fresh batches of beans, and savor the brew while sharing stories about their lives. These unique elements combined to create a vibrant and delightful coffee tour experience at Midori.
9月のダラットは、屋外での活動には必ずしも最適な天候とは言えませんでしたが、私たちは幸運にも特別なゲストをお迎えし、心に残るオーガニック・コーヒー・ツアーのひとときを共にすることができました。遠方からお越しくださったそのゲストの皆様は、多忙なビジネスの合間を縫って参加されたにもかかわらず、コーヒーに対して並々ならぬ情熱を抱いていらっしゃいました。農園で実際に作物を観察し、コーヒーに関する知見を分かち合い、新鮮な豆を焙煎し、そして自ら淹れたコーヒーを味わいながら互いの人生について語り合う――こうした数々の要素が重なり合い、Midoriでのコーヒー・ツアーは、活気に満ちた素晴らしい体験となりました。
