Want to explore more of the fascinating Gia Bac? Come and join our newly designed event ‘Geocaching: Treasure Hunting’!

During the geocaching, you can form your own team. A map with guidelines will be provided. What you need to do is just follow the guidelines and search for your own “treasure”! Once you arrive at the marked areas, you can dig out the hidden treasure! The “treasure” could be a pack of coffee beans, some unique seeds or something extraordinary and could only be found in Gia Bac! And remember, carry your own rubbish away to prevent damage to the environment. Let us protect Gia Bac’s nature together!

May your coffee kick in before reality does!
If you are a coffee lover, you must have heard of what Ca phe sua da and Ca phe trung (Egg coffee) are. They are some well-known Vietnamese specialties.
Yet, have you ever heard of Gia Bac this place? Coffee plantation is an important element of Gia Bac. What’s special about their coffee beans? Given that Robusta is the typical variety produced, coffee beans in Gia Bac share a thicker texture​. The bitter and dark roast side with almost-burnt edges also gives a unique cake-like taste. With harvest seasons from October to April, such central highlands beans ​play a significant role in trading and daily life of Gia Bac.
