Con tàu đắm... trên Vịnh Hạ Long!

Vừa rồi có 1 con tàu mang tên Thomas Cook xuất phát từ Anh sau bao năm bị đắm làm cả thế giới bàng hoàng. Vừa thêm 1 con tàu từ Mỹ mang tên Cox and Kings - 1 công ty điều hành tour lâu đời nhất cũng bị đắm...!

Ở xứ Đông Lào, nơi cũng có nhiều con tàu trên Vịnh Hạ Long, có con tàu Viola vừa bị chìm vì va chạm với tàu chở hàng. Và sẽ có nhiều, thật nhiều con tàu nữa sẽ bị đắm chỉ vì 1 cái văn bản vô lý khi mà tăng vé thắng cảnh lên đến 67% và tối đa là 1.500.000 vnd/khách khi đi thăm Vịnh Hạ Long.

Văn bản điền ngày 22.10 nhưng đến 2 hôm sau doanh nghiệp tàu mới nhận được trong khi các công ty du lịch, những người có quyền lợi tại Vịnh Hạ Long thì ko hề hay biết chỉ đến khi được biết trên FB. Và hài hơn nữa, là các doanh nghiệp chỉ dc ý kiến đến hết 25.10 thôi.

Tôi tự hỏi là BQL Vịnh Hạ Long đầu tư cái gì cho vịnh Hạ Long mà tăng phí? Tôi có xem mấy cái đề án về môi trường thì Hạ Long đang bị ô nhiễm nghiêm trọng do ko có phương án xử lý và ko có action plan cụ thể. Vậy ko hiểu lý do tại sao lại tăng phí thăm quan khi mà chi phí truy tu, bảo dưỡng, nâng cấp và môi trường hầu như rất ít.

Khi cái đề án này được áp dụng, tôi nghĩ anh em làm du lịch cũng sẽ chứng kiến nhiều vụ tàu cháy, tàu đắm trên Vịnh Hạ Long, nhiều công ty du lịch đóng cửa, phá sản và anh em làm báo có nhiều chuyện và chuyên mục để viết....!

Tôi thấy buồn khi mà các tỉnh ở Mekong như Đồng Tháp, An Giang, Bến tre họ đều có cafe doanh nhân. Hàng tháng, bí thư và chủ tịch ngồi cafe sáng với doanh nghiệp để lắng nghe chia sẻ và tìm cách giúp đỡ doanh nghiệp phát triển mạnh. Tối có thấy Sóc Trăng, Hậu Giang đang vẫy tay trải thảm đỏ mời doanh nghiệp vào đầu tư. Các lãnh đạo rất cởi mở và chân thành chia sẻ khí khăn với các doanh nghiệp. Suy cho cùng, các tỉnh không có mỏ để đào lên ăn thì họ biết trân trọng doanh nghiệp, lắng nghe họ vì chính họ mới là những tập thể làm cho tỉnh giàu mạnh lên...!

Buồn cho xứ Đông Lào, nơi luôn có nhiều câu chuyện “Truyền kỳ mạn lục” !!!
