𝐖𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 – CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF (English/Japanese/Korean)
𝐿𝑜𝑐𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛: 127 Ung Van Khiem, Binh Thanh district, HCMC
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot booking’ s issues, resolve problems, and escalate when necessary to maintain workflow.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure mely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Manage outstanding amounts and invoice payments.
- Making payment request for Vietnam hotel daily.
- Stop-selling and double check stop-sell.
- Mapping checking from hotel and supplier.
- Manage and control DMC bookings.
- Control manual allotment on partner’s system.
- Handle failure bookings with related departments.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical certifications or training is a plus).
- Previous experience in an operator or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication in English/Japanese/Korean.
