First and foremost, please accept my warmest greetings and my sincerest gratitude for the trust you have placed in me over the years.
I am writing this to offer my deepest apologies for any shortcomings, missed appointments, or for being unable to personally accompany you on your recent journeys. During this past period, I had to temporarily step away from the work I love to focus on treatment for a serious illness . While it has been a challenging time, it has also taught me to truly cherish the valuable connections I have with all of you.
With an optimistic spirit and my health now steadily stabilizing, I plan to officially return to work this coming February. I am working hard to prepare so that I can continue providing you with the most wonderful travel experiences.
I hope for your understanding and continued support. Your companionship is the greatest motivation helping me overcome every obstacle.
