We were a group of 6 friends and we were so glad we found Vietnam Shore Excursions as we wanted to be flexible in our 6D5N itinerary. David Nguyen from the time we met him till the send off at the airport, he never fail to impress us with his excellent service, his details, arranging our meals, going all out to get things and places we want to go for all of us. He is just like your personal friend, a brother that want to ensure you are in good hands and taken care in his country. His recommendation on the restaurants were so good especially the one on Colonial Villa French Cuisine. The accommodations that he arranged for us at Da Nang, Hue and Hoi An were very nice and central location. We had full flexibility and not feel it was rushed as we usually departs at 9 am for our activities. On the last second day, one of our group mates had a fall and he accompanied us to the hospital, making all necessary arrangement for the driver and suggesting private hospital makes us feel less anxious despite been late in the evening. Our group sincerely thanked him for his top notch personal touch and guiding these 6 days we spent. We had already told him he got to be our guide in our next part of Vietnam tour. Highly recommend him to be your guide, it never goes wrong with him around.😊 🤗

👍 Halong Bay Cruise!!! ⛩️⛰️🏮

My friends and I booked a tour with David Nguyen. The booking process was easy, and the tour description was very detailed. David stayed in close contact with us throughout, which we appreciated.

Although David was not the actual tour operator, his team arranged pickup for us inside our cruise terminal in a very comfortable, high-end van. Unfortunately, it was a very rainy day, and the port authority did not allow tourist boats to depart until conditions improved.

To pass the time, we visited a local workshop where we got a demonstration of how pearls are made. We waited to see if the weather would clear, but when it didn’t, we decided to return to our cruise ship.

While disappointed due to the weather disruption, the company issued a full refund without hesitation. David clearly stands behind his service, and I would recommend booking with him. He comes across as honest and reliable, and based on the quality of the pickup and coordination, I have no doubt the cruise experience itself would have been excellent. 😊 🤗

👍 Fantastic day in the Mekong river delta!!! ⛩️⛰️🏮

We had a last minute port change on our cruise and the tour operator was very accommodating in meeting us instead at the HCMC freight terminal.
Our guide, Soli, was very enthusiastic and informative. We spent the day visiting various places on islands in the river delta.
Visited a coconut farm, took a trip in a sampan, had a hands on cooking lesson, went for an interesting bicycle ride, experienced local cuisine, saw a performance by local folk musicians and visited a serene Buddhist temple. 😊 🤗

👍 An all-world day trip to the Mekong Delta!!! ⛩️⛰️🏮

David was quick to respond and accommodated our request for a day trip to the Mekong Delta. Our humble driver and guide Handsome Huy woke up extra early to be at our port in Phu My to ensure we made the most of our day. The tour was very well organized and we enjoyed the experience of venturing out of the big city. We did so many neat things throughout the day although we never felt rushed. We have some severe food allergies but they coordinated snacks and a nice Vietnamese lunch so we never missed out. Karaoke on the boat while we went across the Mekong Delta was all thanks to Huy. He’s an entertainer and made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. Thanks for making our Anniversary day so special. 🇻🇳🇨🇦

Fantastic trips out at numerous locations throughout Vietnam (too many to list!) all organised by David who was totally professional from start to finish, everything was organised so I didn’t have to plan anything which suited me! I had experienced tour guides and drivers taking me to War sites and museums from Hanoi, Dien Bien Phu, Hue and Saigon with lots of other excursions in between, so much covered in the 2 weeks I was there and I was grateful to have my own air conditioned car to go to and from destinations, I will mention one driver in particular, Thang, he was amazing and kept me entertained for the few days I spent with himself and David. I now know I have friends in them both and when I go back I hope to see them again! Also, Thai, my guide in Dien Bien Phu was exceptional just like David, very professional and more than confident in their respective jobs.
I highly recommend this company to anyone visiting Vietnam, you will be well taken care of with the most experienced guides! 😊 🤗
