Son Tra Sightseeing
To the north east of central Danang lies Son Tra, an imposing peninsula standing tall before the East Sea. Our tour promises you great views and a small taste of the jungle, just a stones throw from Danang!

Departing from your hotel, we blaze our trail around Danang, being careful to avoid the manic city traffic, heading to famous US war sites and ancient temples. We stop for refreshments and snacks at local cafes - taking a morning coffee and seeing the sights are a wondeful experience not to be missed!

The climb up to the summit is arduos, as the mountain stands at more than 600 meters above sea level but breathtaking nonetheless. A dense jungle like forest grows around the peninsula, which is home to a rare species of monkey (Son Tra is known locally as ‘Monkey Mountain’ for this exact reason).

After taking in the the breathtaking views of Danang, the East Sea and My Khe beach, we descend the mountain and visit the temple of the Godess of Mercy, standing tall at the base of Son Tra, which can be seen all the way from Hoi An. The afternoon portion of the tour can vary between client to client, whether visiting the local fishing village to see the fisherman at work, or a dip in the East Sea at the famous My Khe beach, or a stroll around the mystical Marble Mountain, whatever choice is in your itinerary, we can fit into ours! After all, it’s your tour!
