Planning a trip to Vietnam? Choosing the right tour operator can make your holiday much easier and more enjoyable. Here are a few things to check before booking!

𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

Read reviews from previous travelers on Google, TripAdvisor, or travel communities. Look for recent feedback about service quality, communication, and reliability.

𝗔𝘀𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗤𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Make sure you understand what's included in the price, such as transportation, entrance tickets, tour guides, meals, and other services. This helps you avoid unexpected costs.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆

A reliable operator should provide a clear itinerary with destinations, travel times, and activities. If you prefer a flexible trip, ask whether the schedule can be customized.

𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁

Choose a company that responds clearly to your questions and explains the arrangements before your trip. Good communication can make a big difference, especially when traveling in a new country.

𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀

Traveling with children, elderly parents, or a group of friends? Ask about private transportation, suitable vehicles, licensed tour guides, and other services you may need.

✅ 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

Before paying, check the booking confirmation, payment terms, cancellation conditions, and refund policy.

𝗠𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲: Don't choose a tour operator based on price alone. Compare what's included, check recent reviews, and make sure you feel comfortable with the company's communication and service arrangements.

𝐀𝐢𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦: 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰
Arriving in a new country can be exciting, but figuring out transportation from the airport to your hotel can sometimes be confusing.
𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐫:
1. Book a private airport transfer in advance
If you are traveling with family, children, elderly parents, or lots of luggage, a private car can be a comfortable and convenient option.
2. Use Grab or official taxis
For short trips, Grab and reputable taxi companies are popular choices. Always check the vehicle details and estimated fare before starting your journey.
3. Confirm your pickup details
Make sure your driver knows your flight number, arrival time, hotel address, and the number of passengers.
4. Keep some Vietnamese cash
Although digital payments are available in many places, having some cash can be helpful for small purchases and unexpected expenses.
5. Choose the right vehicle
Consider the number of passengers and your luggage when booking. A car that fits everyone comfortably can make a big difference after a long flight.
A little planning can make your first moments in Vietnam much more relaxing!
For those who have visited Vietnam, what transportation did you use from the airport to your hotel? Any tips for first-time visitors? Feel free to share your experience!

Hanoi is especially beautiful in autumn.
Golden sunshine, cool breezes, streets covered with falling leaves, and the gentle fragrance of milk flowers make the city feel truly magical.
Sometimes, all you need is a walk through the Old Quarter, a cup of coffee at a little café, and a moment to enjoy the peaceful charm of Hanoi.
Perhaps autumn is the season when Hanoi captures your heart the most.

Some afternoons, all you need is a trip to Son Tra Peninsula, watching the sun slowly sink into the sea, feeling the gentle breeze, and enjoying a peaceful moment surrounded by nature.

Da Nang is beautiful not only for its blue beaches but also for these simple, unforgettable moments.

𝗧𝗪𝗢 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗩𝗜𝗘𝗧𝗡𝗔𝗠 – 𝗡𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗛, 𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧?

Planning a 2-week trip to Vietnam but not sure where to start? Vietnam is a long, beautiful country with so many amazing places to explore, from the mountains in the North to the beaches in Central Vietnam and the vibrant cities in the South.

If you have 14 days in Vietnam, here’s one way to plan your journey:

𝗡𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗛 𝗩𝗜𝗘𝗧𝗡𝗔𝗠 (𝟰–𝟱 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦)

Start in Hanoi and explore the Old Quarter, enjoy authentic Vietnamese food, and experience the local culture. If you have more time, consider a cruise in Ha Long Bay, a trip to Ninh Binh, or an adventure in Sapa.

𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗩𝗜𝗘𝗧𝗡𝗔𝗠 (𝟰–𝟱 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦)

Fly to Da Nang and discover its beautiful beaches, visit the famous Golden Bridge at Ba Na Hills, explore the charming ancient town of Hoi An, and take a day trip to Hue to learn about Vietnam’s imperial history.

𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗩𝗜𝗘𝗧𝗡𝗔𝗠 (𝟯–𝟰 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦)

Finish your trip in Ho Chi Minh City, where you can explore the city's history, enjoy delicious street food, visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, or take a trip to the Mekong Delta.

𝗦𝗢, 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗟𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧?

My suggestion is to start in Hanoi in the North and finish in Ho Chi Minh City in the South, or travel in the opposite direction. This way, you can explore Vietnam from one end to the other without unnecessary backtracking.

Of course, your route will depend on your travel dates, interests, and whether you prefer mountains, beaches, culture, or food.

It was such a pleasure to be part of your journey in Vietnam.
Some moments are more than just experiences; they leave a special feeling in our hearts that’s hard to put into words. Sometimes, the best part of a journey isn’t just the places we visit, but also the people we meet and the memories we create together.

Speeding across the sea in Da Nang!
Wind in your face, messy hair, but nothing can beat the fun! Who’s up for some adventure?
