Our experience with Cycad Cruise was truly memorable and reflected the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and natural beauty that Vietnam is known for. From the moment we boarded, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with their polite, attentive, and caring approach.

The cruise itself is elegant, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Cabins are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views that allow you to fully soak in the serenity of the bay. The sundeck is a highlight—ideal for relaxing, enjoying sunrise and sunset, or simply admiring the limestone karsts drifting by.
The itinerary was well planned, offering a good balance between relaxation and activities such as kayaking, cave visits, and village exploration. Everything was conducted smoothly and at a comfortable pace, making it enjoyable for all age groups.

Meals on board were another strong point—because I'm vegetarian so they provided fresh, well-presented, and flavorful, with a nice mix of Vietnamese and international and Indian vegetarian cuisine. Dietary preferences were handled with care, which we truly appreciated.

What stood out most was the professionalism and warmth of the crew. Their attention to detail and sincere effort to ensure guests’ comfort made the journey feel special rather than routine.

Overall, Cycad Cruise offers excellent value for a luxurious and peaceful cruising experience in Vietnam. Highly recommended for anyonelooking to explore the bays in comfort, safety, and style.
