♥️“SHARK JAW BUILDING” – THANK YOU AND A FINAL GOODBYE (1993-2025)

A familiar corner of Hanoi is about to say its farewell…

The “Shark Jaw” building, an iconic landmark in the heart of the Old Quarter, will be demolished before April 30th to make way for a new look of D**g Kinh Nghia Thuc Square. The space will take on a new mission – to become a traffic square, seamlessly connecting the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, and the main streets of the capital.

For over 30 years, the Shark Jaw has not only been a building but also a place that holds countless memories of the people of Hanoi. Dates, coffee sips by the window overlooking the busy street, moments spent admiring the pedestrian streets every weekend… all these will become pieces in the memory puzzle of each person.

But Hanoi is always changing. The city evolves and develops every day, and so do we.

⛰🗻Embarking on a Sapa tour with Mr. Cheng and his family during the cold and foggy days was an unforgettable experience. The mist wrapped the terraced rice fields and lush valleys in an ethereal blanket, creating a sense of peaceful solitude. 🌞 His family explored specialities of local culture and cuisine, visited Fansipan peak and had so much fun together in the Alpine Coaster in among village adding a personal touch to the journey, making it an intimate exploration of Sapa’s stunning, mist-covered landscapes. 🇻🇳
