ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our English-speaking market. If you thrive in a premium, fast-paced environment and love working with international clients, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪️ Develop and execute sales strategies for international (English-speaking) markets
▪️ Lead, coach, and motivate the Sales team to exceed targets
▪️ Build and nurture strong relationships with global clients and partners
▪️ Design tailor-made travel programs and consult directly with clients
▪️ Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery

REQUIREMENTS:
▪️ 2–5 years of experience in inbound tourism (management experience preferred)
▪️ Strong English communication & negotiation skills
▪️ Leadership mindset with solid business acumen
▪️ Passion for travel; proactive, responsible, and customer-focused
