Ha Giang – 3 nights

Starting from Hanoi, the journey heads north to explore the legendary Ha Giang Loop, one of Vietnam's most spectacular mountain routes. Highlights include Quan Ba Heaven Gate, the UNESCO-listed D**g Van Karst Plateau, the historic Hmong King's Palace, and the breathtaking Ma Pi Leng Pass overlooking the emerald Nho Que River.

Cao Bang & Ban Gioc Waterfalls – 3 nights

Continuing through the beautiful mountains of Northeast Vietnam, our guests discover the magnificent Ban Gioc Waterfalls, explore Nguom Ngao Cave, and enjoy the peaceful countryside, traditional villages, and local culture of Cao Bang.

Ba Be National Park – 2 nights

A chance to slow down and enjoy nature! Discover the beautiful Ba Be Lake by boat, explore Puong Cave, and experience the peaceful daily life of the local Tay communities, surrounded by forests and limestone mountains.

Ninh Binh – 2 nights

The final destination before returning to Hanoi, with a wonderful change of scenery. Explore the ancient capital of Hoa Lu, take a scenic boat journey through Trang An's limestone caves and waterways, and admire the spectacular countryside from Mua Cave viewpoint.

Rainy Ninh Binh, Happy Faces! ☔️

A rainy day today for Tina, Ros and Val, but it certainly didn’t dampen their spirits! Raincoats on, umbrellas up, and off they went to enjoy the spectacular scenery of Ninh Binh.

The Golden Rice Season Is Coming. Don’t Miss It!

One of the most beautiful times of the year in Northern Vietnam is just around the corner!

The rice fields are now almost ready to change from lush green into spectacular shades of gold. In less than a month, some regions will begin reaching their most beautiful golden colours, followed shortly by the harvest season.

If you have been dreaming about seeing Vietnam’s famous terraced rice fields, now is the time to start planning your trip.

Some of the best places to experience the golden season include:

A little update from Pu Luong today, shared by our local guide Mr. Doan (Ken), who is exploring the area with our visitors from Holland.

After the recent summer rain, there is more sunshine today, although a few tropical showers are still passing through the mountains, very typical for this time of year.

But a little rain doesn't stop the adventure! Our guests could still enjoy hiking through the lush green valleys and villages, followed by a refreshing swim in the cool waterfall.

This is one of the things we love about Pu Luong in summer: green everywhere, beautiful waterfalls full of water, fresh mountain air, and cooler temperatures than the cities.

Rain or shine, Pu Luong has its own beauty. And today, it looks wonderfully alive!

One of my favourite moments of the day, seeing off Cornelia and her lovely family as they boarded the overnight train to Sapa.

This is one of the best times of the year to visit Sapa. The rice terraces are turning beautifully green, the mountain air is still cool and refreshing, and it’s perfect weather for trekking through the villages and enjoying the breathtaking scenery.

The kids were especially excited about the overnight train experience. it’s all part of the adventure and a memory they’ll never forget!

Have a fantastic trip, Cornelia and family. Enjoy every moment in beautiful Sapa, and I can’t wait to hear all about your adventure!

After nearly 10 busy days of organising and assisting a large delegation of travellers from around the world during their visit to Hanoi and Ninh Binh, today I finally had the chance to say goodbye to our last guest, Mr. Nadeem from the USA.

It has been a huge operation, but I’m incredibly proud that our small team successfully looked after all 78 passengers, helping each of them enjoy a smooth journey and, hopefully, leave Vietnam with wonderful memories.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to all of our clients and partners for placing your trust in this little man and our small team at Chapi Travel. Your confidence, patience, and support mean more to us than words can express.

A very special thank you also goes to every member of the Chapi Travel team. Your hard work, dedication, long hours, and commitment made this possible. I couldn’t have done it without you.
