"Vietnam - a honeymoon experience
Joyful Travel was recommended to us by a friend for our Vietnam honeymoon, and we’re so glad we booked with them! Jenny helped create the perfect 10-day itinerary with beautiful hotels, fun activities, and stress-free travel throughout.

• Saigon – Majestic Hotel 4.8⭐
• Hoi An – Bel Marina Resort 4.7⭐
• Hanoi – Tonkin Luxury Boutique Hotel 4.5⭐
• Ha Long Bay Cruise – Mon Cheri 4⭐

Each place had something special. The Majestic in Saigon had amazing service, great breakfasts, and a fun rooftop bar in a perfect central location. Bel Marina in Hoi An was our favourite resort — tropical, relaxing, with a beautiful pool and easy walk to the lantern-filled Old Town. Tonkin Luxury in Hanoi was stylish and cosy, with lovely local breakfast dishes and a great rooftop area.

The Mon Cheri cruise had beautiful rooms and great food, although the large number of boats in Ha Long Bay made it feel more crowded than we expected. The scenery is stunning though, and still worth experiencing.

Vietnam itself completely won us over ❤️

Saigon was vibrant and exciting — especially our scooter street food tour! Hoi An was magical with its lanterns, tailoring, markets, and riverside atmosphere. Hanoi took a little longer to grow on me, but ended up being full of charm, amazing food, shopping, massages, and hidden gems. Banh Mi B+ quickly became our favourite spot 😂

Huge thank you to Jenny and Joyful Travel for making everything so easy. Hotels, flights, transfers, and tours were all perfectly organised. We came home with amazing memories and can’t wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"Jenny has been in close contact with me and my sister several months prior during the planning stage of my trip all the way to the last day I was leaving Hanoi. Our customised itinerary of north Vietnam turned out to be perfectly organised, I no longer have to worry about booking and payments during the trip. Jenny requires deposit transferred at booking then the rest paid directly at the start of the tour.
Duc was our private tour guide with the driver Mr Huong for several days. He’s young and knowledgeable with great personality. We felt very comfortable with his company and had lots of fun visiting places in and outside Hanoi. Well worth having them organising your trip especially for first time visitors who wants to make the most of Vietnam in short amount of time."

"Right from the beginning in organising our itinerary Jenny was prompt, friendly and very efficient in responding to our emails. The Vietnam tour was unforgettable with surreal experiences, it was so enjoyable !! Everything was perfect, drivers on time and friendly good English speaking. We are group 5 friends with families (total 21 people) went to visit Vietnam through JoyfulVietnam Travel. I would say we had a great experience with Jenny from initial planning days about activities and Itinerary and she helped us to customize the trip as per our needs/requirements. Great communication and prompt response and reasonable pricing.
Overall we had a great time in Vietnam covering from Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Ha Noi and Ha Long Bay with awesome tour guides and air conditioned transport facilities.
Highlight of our trip was overnight Mon Cheri Cruise in Ha Long Bay with stunning views and sumptuous food on the cruise.

"We both had the most incredible time in Vietnam, and it was truly the most beautiful, romantic, relaxing, fun, entertaining and adventurous honeymoon all wrapped in one.

We absolutely loved our time there. We loved the diversity of landscapes - from getting to experience bustling chaotic cities, foggy cold mountains, ancient traditional towns, relaxing beaches, modern cities, etc. We got to experience it all! And we also loved that we got to try every form of transport.

The Vietnamese people are so kind and welcoming, the culture is so rich, the food is clean and delicious, the landscapes are beautiful, and the activities are diverse.
