I would like to thank Asia Tours, especially Ms. Nhi Nguyen, for helping us discover the wonders of Vietnam and Cambodia. From our very first contact until we returned home, everything ran smoothly and perfectly. We even had the pleasure of meeting Nhi when she came to greet us. We are a family traveling with two children, and Nhi was able to accommodate all our requests, always considering our personal situation. Additionally, due to some concerns on our part regarding global instability, she reassured us and put all our worries to rest. We truly enjoyed the hotels, the tours, the special activities for the girls, and all the assistance and services provided by the guides and drivers as well. "We have never experienced such amazing service from a travel company"

Just returned from an incredible 21-day South Korea and Taiwan tour completely managed by AsiaTours. Their service was exceptional, with great guides and seamless transport arrangements. We received regular daily WhatsApp support , and their attention to detail was impressive. The travel itinerary and documentation was superb. We are in the UK and they are based in Hanoi, Vietnam, so it was a leap of faith, based on excellent reviews. Our dedicated expert Lily was the only person we dealt with from the first enquiry in August to when we travelled in May, it was a truly personalised service. Lily became a friend and knew our preferences. Any issues, and there were very few, were sorted immediately. We are so pleased we made the choice. We have never experienced such amazing service from a travel company. Highly recommended!

"Wonderful experiences in S.E. Asia"

Asia Tours arranged a 30 day trip through S.E. Asia for us. Started in Thailand then Singapore, Bali and ended our travels in Vietnam. A private tour for four people with guides, drivers provided. We loved everything about the trip. The hotels selections, the daily activities/tours, and the down time to give us a chance to relax. Everything ran exactly as planned by Asia Tours. The Guides and drivers in each of the countries/cities visited were excellent and very knowledgeable of the local culture. The expedited processing at Ho Chi Minh city airport was a godsend. It avoided very long lines at passport control. We are thankful to our guide, Mr. Wira, in Bali, for promptly reacting when told that we were having a severe medical issue and quickly took us to an excellent urgent care clinic nearby. All turned out well, thanks to the quick response.
I would not hesitate to book another trip in S.E. Asia with Asia Tours and most likely will.

"Eat.Pray.Love trip of a lifetime"

Asia Tours, specifically Ms. Trang Thu, did a phenomenal job of individualizing our tour, actively listening to our requests, supporting us throughout the trip, and ensuring we had everything we needed for the trip and country requirements. We went on a 14 day trip to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Malacca Malaysia, and Chiang Mai/Chiang Rai/Bangkok/Ayutthaya Thailand. It was truly an Eat.Pray.Love trip of a lifetime! Asia tours planned and executed everything including hotels, transportation, tour guides, some meals, and tickets to sites. The private guides were all amazing- professional, very informative, timely, friendly and accommodating. They spoiled us rotten, to be honest. The food was incredible, the sites were indescribably beautiful and the people were so hospitable. I can’t begin to say my favorite part, but spa day with the elephants and seeing the monkeys at the temples was up there. This trip has made a deep impact on me and will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you, Asia Tours and affiliates for helping my husband and I to have a wonderful 20th wedding anniversary extravaganza!

"One of best tour companies we've worked with"

Asia Tours coordinated a 12 day private trip for us covering 4 islands in the Philippines. Communications was very thorough and precise on the details on their end leading up to the trip as I threw multiple changes at them, our rep Rin Chan was very accomodative. I couldn't recommend them more. Rin you were one of the best and most communicative operators I’ve worked with ( and we travel the world a lot). You were very detailed, very responsive and flexible. Thank you. The tour was well scheduled with plenty of down time after travels which we appreciated. Not too many early starts. Accomdodations were all excellent, i perhaps loved Seda Lio most but all were great. Siargao as well very warm and homey feel. Our tour guides were exceptional and attentive, you’ve picked good companies! I wish to call out Josephus in Bohol n particular who we had 2 days. We became friends and will be staying in touch... Asia Tours arranged an exceptional customized itinerary for our 3 week trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. "Absolutely brilliant!"

We had an absolutely fantastic trip to Indonesia, all organised for us by Asia Tours. They have lots of suggested itineraries on their website but you can pick ideas from each one and they'll put together a package exactly meeting your needs. Communication was always swift when planning our itinerary and every request we made was met. Once travelling we were able to contact an Asia Tours representative at any time with any issues or requests- we decided we needed extra baggage allowance on our internal flights and they sorted it all out for us. The local guides in each location were friendly and knowledgeable and always waiting for us at the agreed times. When we had extra requests during the trip for things we wanted to add this was handled by the local guide with no issues, and from talking to us and getting to know us they also suggested some extra things. When the airline made changes to one of our flights they sorted everything out and arranged an extra activity during the delay. We've really had the holiday of a lifetime and can't praise Asia Tours enough for organising it all for us. Thank you very much!
