As of this morning (29/11), a strong storm is active over the East Sea.
The center is located at 13.6°N – 112.3°E, with winds Level 9–10, gusting Level 13. The storm is moving slowly northward.

In the next few days, the storm may weaken gradually but will still bring strong winds and high waves of 4–8 meters across the Northwest East Sea and offshore areas from Gia Lai to Khánh Hòa.

⚠️ Vessels at sea should take caution due to the risk of rough seas, strong gusts, and thunderstorms.

🌪 TYPHOON UPDATE (14:00, November 6)
The storm’s center is now near 13.3°N; 110.8°E, about 190km east-southeast of Quy Nhon, with winds up to 183 km/h (level 14–15), gusts over level 17, moving west-northwest at 25–30 km/h.
Strong winds and heavy rain are affecting Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Da Nang, and nearby areas.
In the next 24 hours, the typhoon is forecast to make landfall from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak, then weaken into a tropical depression as it moves toward Thailand.
⚠️ Expect winds up to level 13, waves up to 10m, flooding risk in coastal areas, and rainfall up to 400–600mm.
