Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi – Welcome to Vietnam
Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport. Meet your guide and transfer to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Enjoy a welcome dinner with local Vietnamese dishes.

Day 2: Hanoi City Tour – Culture & History
Explore the capital’s iconic landmarks:

Day 4: Sapa – Fansipan Peak – Back to Hanoi

A journey through Vietnam's Street Food paradise.

Wandering through the buzzing streets of Vietnam is like stepping into a living cookbook — sizzling woks, fragrant broths, and the cheerful chatter of street vendors all blend into a sensory feast.

On my first night in Hanoi, I followed the scent of grilled meat to a humble street corner, where a tiny plastic stool became my throne for the evening. A steaming bowl of Phở — delicate rice noodles, thin-sliced beef, and a broth simmered for hours — was the perfect welcome to Vietnam. It tasted like comfort, culture, and generations of love in one spoonful.

In Huế, I discovered Bún bò Huế, a spicy, bold noodle soup with lemongrass, pork knuckles, and congealed blood (if you're brave!). It’s a dish as fiery and complex as the city’s imperial past.

The adventure continued in Saigon with Cơm tấm — broken rice topped with grilled pork, a fried egg, and pickled vegetables. Street-side, surrounded by locals on their lunch break, I tasted the soul of southern Vietnam: simple, satisfying, and full of life.

Snacks? Don’t miss the crispy Chả giò (fried spring rolls) or the fresh, delicate Gỏi cuốn (summer rolls). Wrapped in soft rice paper, bursting with herbs and shrimp, they’re a cooling contrast to the tropical heat.
