"Great experience in Asia!"

My husband and I, both seniors, just returned from a custom made tour starting in Tokyo and then to Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. We worked with Ms. Nhi Nguyen on the itinerary, spending 23 days away. This was an ambitious trip for us as it involved 9 different flights in as many destinations. It went seamlessly thanks to the attentiveness of Nhi and the staff of drivers and tour guides. All were excellent; hotels she chose for us were lovely; and guides were knowledgeable and pleasant. We had input into what was important to us, in terms of class of hotel and flights, and we felt the cost was very reasonable. We are physically fit but Nhi took special care to make sure we were not overextended, building some free time and rest into the itinerary. Overall we were exptremely happy with this trip and Asia tours!

"Superior from start to finish!! Exceptional planning and ex*****on for this amazing 21-day adventure."

Booked a 21-day adventure through AsiaTours seeing highlighted locations throughout Northwestern Viet Nam for 17-days and then 4-days in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Ms. Lilly Koa, travel agent with AsiaTours, provided exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail from the very beginning planning phase of the trip, and continued this standard upon arrival and throughout the 21-day trip. Her expertise was obvious while demonstrating great attention to detail in providing a "once in a lifetime" adventure into well-known as well as lesser-known areas of Viet Nam. Highlights of the adventure included trekking into out-and-about villages, experiencing an impromtu lunch and personal blessing ceremony from a village shaman, discovering the cultural ways of the tribal peoples of the area, and most importantly, being greeted and welcomed into homes as only dear friends and family would be. This occurred each step of the way with the local peoples being happy to be in your company and appreciative of your presence to share in your life and stories. The experience was enhanced dramatically with the professional and expert driver, Nguyen Quoc Hoan, who ensured our safety and successful arrival each and every day. As well, our guide, Huy Quang Nguyen, was instrumental in providing top-notch participation with local visits and understanding during encounters where language barriers existed. Without these two, the trips success would not have been the same. We stayed primarily in homestays which were clean and comfortable with delightful owners and operators. The food experience was a foodie's dream come true. Overall, the trip was truly a ONCE IN A LIFETIME experience, so much so, a return trip will be a must. Special thanks again, to Ms. Lilly Koa and all behind the scene, for a most amazing trip!

"Amazing Southeast Asia Trip With Asia Tours and Nhi"

We had an incredible trip thanks to Nhi, who was extremely helpful in crafting an itinerary perfectly tailored to our interests and requests. She did a fantastic job coordinating with the various tour operators across the different cities, ensuring they understood exactly what we wanted to see and do, and that the appropriate transportation was arranged.

The local tour operators were amazing — kind, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable about their cities and the sites we visited. We truly enjoyed learning about the unique culture and history in each destination. One of the highlights for us was the opportunity to cook traditional meals and interact with locals during some of our activities, which made the experience even more memorable.

All of this was arranged within our budget, and it truly was a trip to remember. We highly recommend Asia Tours and especially working with Nhi to anyone traveling to Southeast Asia!

What an amazing service Asia Tours provides! Just home after a second trip we booked here. A few years back we toured Vietnam and this year Philippines. Our agent Mia, Phuong Nguyen guided us through the whole process with such good ideas, professionalism and can-do attitude. We received regular updates and reminders throughout our travels and she responded to all questions in a very timely manner. It felt as if she worked 24/7! We were treated like kings while we explored so many of the Philippine treasures. All hotels, drivers and guides were excellent. Thank you Mia. We will be back!

"Unforgettable trip with Asia Tours"

Only words of gratitude for Ruby and the entire Asia Tours team for the unforgettable experience we had traveling through Asia. Everything went perfectly according to plan, and in exceptional cases where things had to be changed on the fly (flight schedule changes, situations completely beyond the company's control), the company was able to resolve them without any inconvenience. While all the tour guides we had were excellent, I want to make a special mention of Amy, our guide in Bangkok, always attentive to our needs and especially those of my children. Thanks for your great work, Rin!

From the early phase of getting a quote and setting up a tour, to setting up the flights and visas, to staying in touch throughout - our coordinator Rin was an excellent and clear communicator. She understood our desires and worked with us to make this an unforgettable journey. I tried to put a trip together myself. But the logistics of seeing everything we wanted to see were challenging. I found Asia Tours via search and wondered how much it would cost for someone to set up the trip I had envisioned. Not only was the pricing reasonable, but Rin was very helpful in making suggestions and sending us places that fit with what we wanted to see. The logistics planning was masterful – something an organized tour company like this can accomplish in a way that would be extremely time consuming to coordinate on your own. For me, the biggest feather in their cap is coordinating local drivers and guides. A comfortable, well air conditioned van takes you everywhere (other than a brief jaunt in a Tuk Tuk!) The driver always makes sure there are cool towels and freshly chilled bottled water waiting for you after an excursion. While I can withstand the heat better than most, I appreciate that for my dad and most people coming from temperate climates, that cold van/towels/water is worth a lot. The guides were very knowledgeable, the destinations were stunning, the hotels were clean and very well located, and the communication from the company was impeccable regarding where/when/and what we were doing. If you're on the fence about whether to DIY a trip or pay for Asia Tours, do yourself a favor and spend the premium. When you travel you should do so without stressing about how to get around or whether something is worth visiting. Asia Tours removes the stress so you can just get on with enjoying your vacation.

"Amazing Philippines"

We have just returned from the holiday of a lifetime in the Philippines! It had everything you could wish for and more besides- amazing hotels, fantastic food and epic experiences. We have done so many things which we never thought we would - swimming with whale sharks and sea turtles, canyoneering, island hopping tours with picnics on breathtaking beaches, river dinner cruise, chocolate hills, tarsiers, monitor lizards, motorbikes, zip wires, sardine runs, superb sunsets and so much more! We have been on other fantastic holidays, but this was the best yet! We wouldn't hesitate to use Asia Tours again - they were fantastic, with Mia Nguyen on hand every day to let us know everything we needed. Everything ran smoothly and we couldn't have asked for a better planned tour. Thank you very much!

“An exceptional 21 journey of Southeast Asia”

We just returned from an amazing 21 day tour organized by Lacey at Asia tours. I can’t believe how smooth every step of the journey went. With travel to a foreign country there is always room for something to go wrong. This just wasn’t the case with Asia tours. To get started we found a sample itinerary we liked and the let Lacey know what changes we would like to make. She was quick to reply to all of our requests and she was always happy to set up whatever we asked.

We received a WhatsApp message from each of our guides the day before arriving in a new city. Every one of the guides and drivers were wonderful. I would like to give a special call out to each of our guides. Binh in DaNang was amazing. He was so kind and it was great to have the one on one time to just chat with him about daily life. Then our guide Duy in Ho Chi Minh was great. We planned to go to the war remembrance museum on our first day on our own. It was part of the next days tour but we wanted to make sure we had sufficient time. When Duy picked us up from the airport he let us know that the museum was closed for a special event. He took us to the independence palace that day so we would have plenty of time the next morning to go to the museum. Next is Jack, his tour of Angkor Wat and the floating village of Tonal Sap was great. We had 2 days of temple tours and when we let him know the heat and amount of walking was more than we expected. He adjusted the tour to meet our abilities. Lastly is Tito in Bangkok. He made us feel comfortable the entire time then went with us on an overnight tour to kanchantuburi. It was near the end of our time in Asia and my wife and I were realizing our body was not as young as our ambition to explore. Tito let us know what the must see and can live without stops were on our tour and let us adjust the day’s itinerary to exactly what we wanted to see.

As for the hotels we stayed in. We were offered 4 or 5 star rated hotels went we booked. We chose the 4 star and upgraded our Ha long bay cruise ship. All of the hotels we stayed at were well above the 4 star rating.
