Day 1: Hanoi – Cau Treo border gate.
Pick you up at Hanoi Old Quarter from 3:00 p.m. - 3:20 p.m
Departure: 5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m
Sleep on the bus
Day 2: Cau Treo border gate
Arrive at Cau Treo border gate at 3.00AM. People will still sleep on the bus. About 7:00, check out of Vietnam and check in to Laos.
After entering Laos.
+ Case 1: If you are allowed to enter Vietnam with a free Visa, you are allowed to enter Vietnam immediately. (Pick the bus at 8.30 - 9.00AM)
+ Case 2: If you are not eligible for free Vietnam Visa when entering the country, you need an Evisa.
>> Applying for an Evisa directly on the official website of the Immigration Department will take about 4 - 6 working days (Not including the first day of registration and Saturday + Sunday)

+ Case 2: If you are not exempt from visa fees to Vietnam. You need to have an entry evisa.
