Friends, just a little note… when we say “Worldschool Camps” we definitely don’t mean CAMPING 😂

All of our trips include comfortable accommodation, and for Borneo… it’s honestly pretty incredible.

This is the resort we’ll be staying at in Damai Beach — yes, an actual beachfront resort 😍

I can already picture the kids running amok on the beach, snorkelling, swimming, and just living their absolute best lives as we finish out the Worldschool Camp in style.

Our tour partners put so much thought into the places we stay, and we’re really grateful for that — because we know how important it is for families to have a little haven to come back to at the end of each day while travelling with kids.

A big thank you to Nicola and her lovely family — cattle farmers all the way from WA 🤍

They absolutely loved the cruise, and we so enjoyed having them with us. Their son John made some beautiful friendships while on board, with other homeschoolers and had an absolute ball.

They even extended their time in Queensland as a family and made a proper holiday of it… which we love.

And it got us thinking…

Next year we’re actually planning a Brisbane pre-cruise extension (4 nights).

So for families who would like to spend a few days before the cruise exploring Brisbane together as a homeschooling community, we’ll be creating a little hub for that.

And for those who don’t want it to end… you’ll also have the option to extend after the cruise and continue on through the South Pacific.

More time together. More connection. More memories.

Thank you for your kind words and well wishes, Jade — it truly means a lot to our family 🤍

This beautiful family joined us all the way from WA, and they have the sweetest girls… and according to their youngest, Leah, the cutest pet bunnies in Denmark, WA 🐰

I had a real appreciation for the effort it took for them to come, because like us, they’re running their own family business (.au while homeschooling their girls and managing a large property as well.

It’s not always simple to step away… but they did, and we’re so glad they did.

We feel so lucky to meet the people we do on these trips.

The connections that happen along the way…
whether it is casual chats on the bus, over a shared meals, or even painting a conical hats or assembling a lantern..

It all matters and it makes for some wonderful memories for families ...

We never take that for granted 🤍

Going into the caves in Ninh Binh is honestly like stepping into another world…

Drifting through the water, surrounded by these incredible limestone mountains was truly breathtaking..

The kids were so quiet… just watching, listening, taking it all in.. it’s a moment I will remember forever
