“Exceptional Customer Service”

Tina at the Classy Travel office in Hanoi was the best travel agent we came across in all our travels around South East Asia. We went in to inquire about Halong Bay cruises and she showed us all our options and was able to answer all our questions and made us feel very confident in our choice. All her options seemed to be the best that we had come across and while they were a little more on the expensive side it was absolutely worth every penny. We enjoyed every moment of our 3 day 2 night cruise. Everything from our transportation to Halong to the time on our boat to our arrival back at the office following our trip was of highest quality when it came to the customer service.

“The best tour operator!”

We spoke to Tina at classy travel just the evening before. She was so helpful and we opted for a private tour. The car was on time and the guide and driver both were excellent. The boat was super nice and the food was delicious. Overall a wonderful experience. We highly recommend classy travels.

Si quieres hacer un tour por Vietnam, no dudéis en acudir a Classy Travel, es la mejor opción. Es una empresa muy profesional, cumplen con todo lo establecido. No perdáis el tiempo buscando y comparando precios. A veces lo barato sale caro. Recomendadísimo tanto por el brillante trato de las chicas como por la seriedad y puntualidad. Si algún día vuelvo a Hanoi, volveré sin dudarlo.

The bustling commerce of its towns contrasts sharply with the languid, almost soporific pace of life in the countryside. Here buffalos wallow in rice paddies, coconut- and fruit-laden boats float slowly along the mud-brown waters, and two-wheeled exploration of the narrow lanes is amply rewarded with a true taste of rural hospitality (and delicious river fish).

Set in an idyllic valley, hemmed in by hills, the Mai Chau area is a world away from Hanoi's hustle. The small town of Mai Chau itself is unappealing, but just outside the patchwork of rice fields rolls out, speckled by tiny Thai villages where visitors doss down for the night in traditional stilt houses and wake up to a rural soundtrack defined by gurgling irrigation streams and birdsong.
