Hanna from Hatvacation was wonderful in organising our Sapa and HaLong Bay trip, nothing was too much trouble for her. The cruise ship she chose was fabulous and she even added details like a private driver direct to and from the boat. She even booked and got a great price for our hotel in HoChiMinh city. We met her in person and she is just lovely and friendly.
