The 5th LUALA Concert, a familiar and long-awaited cultural – art event, will come back in this December. Taken place twice per year, the program is launched to introduce a new or less well-known music, with free performances right on Ly Thai To street, Hanoi.

This year, the program will take place in 4 weeks (01-22 Dec 2013) with 02 performances per week: Saturday afternoon (3pm-5pm) and Sunday afternoon (3pm-5pm) in familiar venues – in front of LUALA 61 Ly Thai To, Hanoi.
